Futures Literacy comprises a set of skills that anyone can learn to understand the past, imagine possible and preferred futures, and take action to shape the present.

Based on this, Generative Artist Maria Clara Pessoa and Foresight Strategist Lydia Caldana, partners and friends, collaborated to envision what the future will look like when femininity becomes a valued driving force in the labor market. 
 
In this scenario, women inherit a destroyed planet from men and must rethink societal structures so that the guiding objectives shift beyond profit to encompass environmental regeneration and mental health. This way, emotional intelligence becomes the most critical success metric.

In Chapter 1, we established the rules for the Femmetopia universe, which is grounded in Futures Literacy and guided by five principles: Nature Symbiosis, Supportive Technology, Ancestrality, Intergenerationality, and Cyclic Tempo. A world in expansion where the boundaries between greenery and technology are hazy.

Femmetopia does not aim to depict a perfect future that may never come. Instead, it serves as a way to make real the conversations and processes that start now among us.
